im talking about the ones you randomly find near workbenches.i know theres like 10 in the sewers in moresby and more spaced out through the game. do you need to turn them all on and on the last one there is a secret audio file that plays or something? or is it something they randomly threw in and didn't finish for release? what do you guys think?
