There is a building on the side of the laboratory that has a door and windows you can see through but I can't figure a way in.One reason why I think you should be able to get in is that there is a wallet just inside a window, what looks like a scroll on a desk (a mod?) and there's a metal crate. Why put that stuff in a building that cannot be accessed?
